RESOURCE CENTER

The Resource Center, onsite within our Community Care Center, is a one stop location for a multitude of on-site resources and services.

Through our partnership with Sage Healthcare, residential clients and community guests have access to free healthcare and dental services, mental health services, and medical screenings.  This level of care often eliminates the need for a visit to the ER.

Also onsite are representatives from other human service organizations who guide community members on how to get assistance to pay their electric bill and rent, apply for a driver’s license, a social security card, or medical insurance as well as connect with other social service agencies for other services.

To make an appointment with a medical professional or for more information, call 203-916-0862.
