Meet Our Leaders

Frank Williams
Chief Executive Officer

Frank Williams comes to us with tailor-made credentials. In 2018 he came on board as the Mission’s Chief Financial Officer, having previously served at the Bowery Mission in New York City and World Vision International. So you can say that Frank has been advocating for the poor “in the field” in the Caribbean and Africa, from the podium at the United Nations, and now in Coastal Connecticut. He is passionate about the work we do.

Just like Bridgeport Rescue Mission, Frank feels called to come alongside people in crisis with the healing hand of God. For more than 20 years, he has demonstrated his ability to lead individuals, teams, and organizations with wisdom and grace, under all kinds of pressure. From responses to natural disasters to bringing stability to an organization, Frank brings wisdom, grace, and a deep sense of the goodness of God to all that he does.

As the Mission seeks to meet the growing needs in Coastal Connecticut, we are fortunate to have Frank at the helm of our ship. He is passionate about organizational stewardship, innovation, and agility, so he is just the person to navigate us during this season of significant expansion. Frank and his wife, June, have three children, Trevor, Dawn, and Pria, and are active in their local church on the Mission Committee and Prayer Team. Please join us in welcoming Frank Williams as our new CEO!
