Instructions: This two step process involves completing this application and then receiving a volunteer confirmation notice from the Bridgeport Rescue Mission. The volunteer confirmation notice will be provided by e-mail or a phone call.

Due to the scheduling requirements of this event, you must receive a volunteer confirmation notice before your service can be performed.

COURT ORDERED COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS: If you are applying to fulfill Court Ordered Community Service Hours by volunteering at the Bridgeport Rescue Mission you must complete this form. See options for hours below. You MUST receive a Community Service Hours Confirmation notice before your service can be performed.

Meal Prep: Help us chop, slice, dice and open cans; must be age
15 or older. If you choose this volunteer option, please choose a
service day and time, frequency of service, and a starting date.

Dishwasher: Wash large pots and operate automatic dishwasher;
     must be age 15 or older. If you choose this volunteer option, please

Assemble Food Pantry Boxes Wednesdays from 10:00am to Noon (Men Only). Fill boxes with food items from our food pantry to be distributed to the needy; lifting involved. Please choose frequency of service, and a starting date.

Clothing Center Assistant: Must be at least 18 years old. If you choose this volunteer option, please choose a service day and time, frequency of service, and a starting date. Only women volunteers allowed at the Women's Shelter and only men volunteers allowed at the Men's Shelter.
